Provides rental for various heavy equipment [grab and hopper, excavator, and bulldozer] for any business need.

  • Input

    • Client requests a date and time for the use of heavy equipment.
  • Process

    • We check the availability of the desired equipment.
    • Client is informed of rental price.
    • If equipment is available, we deliver the equipment to the desired location.
  • Output

    • Equipment arrives safely at location and is able to be used according to client’s need.
    • Upon end of rental period, equipment is picked up again by our crew to be brought back to our garage.

Allows goods to be shipped from port to port across Indonesia.

  • Input

    • Client asks the route of the ship.
    • Informs of what goods they want to be shipped.
      • Usually we only accept fertilizer, cement, palm oil.
  • Process

    • Informs crew that there will be a shipment in the port.
    • Ship docks and goods are loaded.
  • Output

    • Goods are shipped and unloaded in desired port location.

We help organize importing our clients’ goods which are shipped from outside Indonesia by sea or by air (including temporary import). We act as the importer of their goods on their behalf.

  • Input

    • Packing list invoice – includes the name and price of goods
    • Surat Muatan Udara (SMU) for permits to travel by air domestically.
    • Airway Bill (AWB) for permits to travel by air internationally.
    • Bill of Lading (BL) for permit to travel by sea.
    • Goods can safely be shipped by sea/ air.
  • Process

    • All the documents from client will be handed to PPJK
    • Customs may require additional documents such as
      • Purchase order/ delivery order
      • Proof of bank transfer
      • Picture of goods
  • Output

    • Goods received in our office.
    • Pemberitahuan Impor Barang (PIB).

  • Assisting non-Indonesian crew who will be working in Indonesia to get their work permit, such as Dahsuskim approval & endorsement, immigration multiple re-entry permit, immigration registration fee, transit visa, visa on arrival, visa conversion and others.
  • Sign on : creating transit visa for arriving crew to enter Indonesia. Next, we will continue to create RPTKA, DPKK, and IMTA so foreign crew can continue to work in Indonesia. For local crew, only sign-on is needed. This permit is required before joining the ship.

  • Input

    • Passport of crew
    • For VSSK, need ticket for arrival in Indonesia
  • Process

    • After passport is received, it is used to process Dahsuskim, tera, POA, directorate and MRP to ensure all crew can work in Indonesia.
  • Output

    • Crew can work on board the ship in Indonesia.
    • If crew still have tera, POA, and MRP, they can exit Indonesia without an EPO as long as the MRP has not expired yet even without VSSK.

      • IPKA if the ship wants to work in Indonesia
      • PKKA if the ship is only in Indonesia for transit

    • Acts as a general agent which includes security clearance (SC) if ship wants to work in Indonesia, not only for transit.
  • Output

    • Ship can work and/or transit legally and safely in Indonesia.

Providing deck, engine, cabin and ship provision stores all over Indonesia.

    • A list of goods or objects needed and/or requested by the crew.
    • Details.
  • Process

    • Find where the objects are sold.
    • Send quotation to ship crew.
  • Output

    • Goods are purchased and delivered to the ship.

    • Order from client regarding what and how much fuel is needed.
  • Process

    • We give quotation to clients.
    • Loading process depends on where the ship is

History

First established in 1969, PT. Sinma Line started out as an inter-island shipping company. Based in Surabaya, PT. Sinma Line transports general cargo between Surabaya and ports all over Eastern Indonesia. Despite having their headquarters in Surabaya, PT. Sinma Line also offers services in multiple ports across Indonesia including Batam, Medan, Jakarta, Semarang, Bali, Balikpapan, Makassar, Ambon, Sorong, Kupang, and Reo. In 1987, PT. Sinma Line expanded by establishing the Offshore Support Integrated Service.
